Hi, I'm Daniel Bunardzhiev, the founder and managing owner of BnBmanager.bg. I started this company in 2017 with a vision to create residential properties that cater to the needs of short-term rental platforms and their users. I have over 10 years of experience in real estate and property management, and I have grown BnBmanager.bg into a successful project that operates in Sofia's city center and along the Bulgarian seaside.

Before starting BnBmanager.bg, I worked as a mall operations manager at Mega Mall Sofia, the first shopping center in the western part of Sofia with a total retail space of about 24,000 m. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of its day-to-day functions. Prior to that, I was a projects and facility manager at Carrefour Bulgaria, where I facilitated the successful launch of new stores and oversaw facility management operations for all stores in Bulgaria.

 

I have a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia and I speak English, Russian and Bulgarian.
